Shaneca is the CEO, Founder and Owner of Edward Sista Handz natural hair products. Like most people , I'm sure you're curious to know how she came up with a brand name like this? Her brother's name is Edward and she is blessed to provide excellent service to hair and hair products with her hands.

After completing beauty school at the Orlo School of Hair Design and Cosmetology she received her cosmetology license in 2007. She went to work for the Regis Salon at a local mall and knew she wanted more. Shortly after, she began booth rental at a well known African Braiding Salon. In 2011 she became an entrepreneur and opened her own hair salon "518 Beauty Den" where she worked, owned and managed her salon until 2016. During this time she attended a local community college and received her Associates degree in Science. Shaneca decided she wanted to relocate. Shaneca closed "518 Beauty Den" in 2016 and relocated to Virginia. This is when the natural hair movement became huge for Shaneca. This is when the light bulb came on to make her own brand , her own natural hair care products. The Virginia natural hair community was so great among military, civilians and children she had to provide hair care for her natural clients.

Going into the beauty supply stores trying to find authentic natural hair care products became overwhelming. Shaneca started doing her own research on natural oils, fruits and natural hair textures so she could better service her clients. She started mixing formulas in her kitchen in her spare time and developed her first product "Spa-Eddie Hair Treatment. Her clients fell in love with the results and soon started requesting the treatment with every service. Shaneca became more curious and began to take courses with Nouritress to fight Alopecia and hair restoration as she saw was a huge issue among some of her clients. Shaneca went on to start making her own formulas for shampoo, butter, hair growth oil, moisture cream, leave-in conditioner, beard shampoo, beard oil and beard balms.

Shaneca stepped out on faith and began promoting her hair natural hair care products on social platforms and it was a success.
